Soda Making
Making your own soda ("pop" or "tonic") at home is easy, and it can be a fun project for families to do together to serve at birthday parties, neighborhood cook-outs and other events.
Each package of soda extract can make up to four gallons of soda and includes easy to follow directions to prepare the soda for bottling and cabonation. You could even force carbonate and serve it from a reconditioned soda keg that many home brewers use.
In addition to the soda extract, you'll need granulated sugar, dry champagne yeast, as well as clean and sanitized plastic soda bottles with caps.
